Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ATTO Live, the cloud streaming service operated by Viralize LLC, doing business as ATTO ("we", "us"), at attolive.app and tryatto.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service

ATTO Live provides cloud streaming infrastructure: we receive your live video feed, add overlays, and relay your broadcast to platforms you connect (currently Twitch). We manage the servers; you own your content.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Twitch in your country) to use the service.
You're responsible for what you broadcast. Your streams must comply with the rules of the platform you stream to (e.g. Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines) and applicable law.
One Twitch channel may be linked to one ATTO account.

3. Free tier and paid plans

The free tier includes 10 hours of streaming time. Those hours never expire, and no payment method is required.
Paid subscriptions (e.g. Starter) are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Prices may change; we'll give existing subscribers reasonable notice before any change affects them.

4. Fair use

Plans are for real, attended streaming by one streamer. Automated 24/7 rebroadcast loops, reselling access, or other unattended abuse of "unlimited" plans may result in suspension after notice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attack the platform or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We work hard to keep streams alive — it's the whole product — but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we're not liable for lost streams, lost revenue, or platform decisions made by Twitch or others. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before a claim.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your streaming servers are shut down and your linked platform connections are removed.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
