Privacy Policy

This explains what Viralize LLC, doing business as ATTO ("we"), collects when you use ATTO Live (attolive.app, tryatto.com) and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what's needed to run your streams and bill you, and we don't sell any of it.

1. What we collect

Account: your email address and login credentials (handled by our authentication provider, Supabase).
Twitch connection: when you link Twitch, we receive your channel name, channel ID, and the tokens needed to set up your stream. We never see your Twitch password.
Streaming data: technical data needed to run your stream — connection quality, stream duration, server logs. Your video passes through our servers to reach Twitch; we don't keep copies of your broadcasts.
Billing: payments are processed by Stripe. We store your subscription status; Stripe stores your card details — we never see your full card number.
Usage: basic analytics about how the dashboard is used, to improve the product.

2. What we use it for

Running your streams, metering free-tier hours, billing subscriptions, fixing problems, and telling you about service changes. That's it.

3. What we share

Only with the processors that make the service work: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), our cloud infrastructure providers (stream servers), and Twitch (your broadcasts, at your direction). We don't sell or rent personal data to anyone.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account exists. Delete your account and we delete your personal data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (like payment records). You can also email us to request deletion or a copy of your data.

5. Cookies

The app uses essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in. The landing page doesn't run ad trackers.

6. Children

The service isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll announce it on the site or by email.
